SARSEF Judging

The Section will once again be judging SARSEF (SARSEF: Southern Arizona Research, Science and Engineering Foundation, www.sarsef.org) Regional Science and Engineer Fair entries, and we invite you to be a Judge!! The Section awards cash prizes (separate from prizes awarded by SARSEF) for entries exemplifying the use of Quality Tools and Techniques.

The SARSEF science fair will be virtual again this year, allowing all members to help with judging on their own schedule from Saturday, March 4^th through Tuesday, March 7^th.   We will continue to focus on the 6th grade on down to the lower grades in our search for up to 6 prize winners.

We recognize students who use any of the 7 basic quality tools in the data presentation of their experiments/projects.  If interested in judging for our Section, please send an email with SARSEF Judge in the Subject Line to [email protected] to volunteer.

• Judging March 4 – March 9
• Virtual exhibit hall goes live March 4
• Elementary and Middle School judging March 6
• Elementary and Middle School interviews March 6-7 (optional, virtual via Zoom)

There is also opportunity to be present at the awards ceremony the following Saturday:
